I cannot recommend this dealer enough. They have been absolutely fantastic and looked after me. Brought the car about 3 weeks ago and they offered to replace the brake pads as they were a little worn. After 3 weeks of driving to Warrington from Crewe, the engine light came on and there was a fault with the car. The dealer took the car back and fixed all the faults without arguments or push back, even though some were not cover under the warranty. The car drivers perfect and quiet now. Thank you sooo much for your hardwork, your understanding and getting the job done quick so I wasn't put out.

This dealership has been fantastic. Brought a Kia Creed from them last week due to be let down by a previous dealer, the dealership is nice and clean, very professional. The gentleman who sold me the car was very helpful, filled out all the paperwork work for me. On inspection of the car, I noticed the back break disc was a bit pitted but I really need the car for work, do the dealer let me take the car and offered to replace once I brought it back. Brought it back a week later and he did it within a couple of hours as he knew I needed it the next day. No quarms, nothing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Buying a car in the used market can be a daunting process for many people who do not have great technical knowledge and rely on the dealer to take them through the details professionally I recently purchased a car from Andy and his team at Crewe Car Sales having never dealt with his company before He advised me on their 3 month warranty cover they provide and the opportunity to extend it for a further period .When a follow up service detected a couple of inherent faults I contacted them and their response was quick decisive and unequivocal. Bring the car in and we will deal with it under our guarantee. This is what one hopes for from a vendor. but seldom receives To do what they promised without rancour ot hassle. If you are looking for a used car team that keep their word then in my experience I cannot recomnend the above highly enough

Cannot rate this company highly enough. Was sold a really good car at a good price. There was a problem with it a few months later, but they have bent over backwards to help us. Constantly going the extra mile. These guys have customers for life. Not only for my own cars, but when my kids pass their test, I will be bringing them straight here for their first cars. (Fair enough they're all under 10 at the moment so that will be a while away, but the principle is still the same)

I have been looking for a car to buy for my daughter after she recently passed her test. I wanted something reliable, in good condition, economical, low on insurance, recently serviced & mot'd and most importantly, safe for her to drive. My daughter and I decided a little Toyota Yaris fitted the bill perfectly and she found an 11 plate Yaris that she liked the look of for sale on Auto Trader, with Crewe Car Sales. We live in Gloucestershire (2.5 hours ish away). I've never brought a car without seeing or test driving it first, so I was a little apprehensive initially. I rang and spoke to Andy and explained that we liked the look of the car and that it was for my daughter who had just passed her test. He was really understanding and went above and beyond to ensure that the car and it's condition was captured honestly, sending me a litany of photos and videos to make sure both my daughter and I were happy before it was delivered to us.Absolutely fantastic communication, keeping me updated on processing the registration/documentation etc and its delivery. The car was delivered last weekend and my daughter and I are absolutely over the moon with it. Lovely delivery driver too. I see from their website that they also sell expensive top end cars, and even though I am aware that our purchase was no doubt at the lower end (price wise) of the cars they sell, I honestly can say that I have experienced much better customer service buying my daughter's car via Andy than when I brought my overpriced Mercedes recently direct from a dealership! Thanks Andy for being so efficient, honest and understanding of me, as a female single parent, buying a safe and reliable first car for my one and only precious daughter. Gracie and I thank you very much. I'll be coming to you for my next car! :).

Very helpful & welcoming since day one.Due to work commitments & traffic I wasn't able to collect my car on the agreed date, after expressing my stress and frustration (as I was really looking forward to having the car) Crewe car sales offered to drop the car off to my house for the following morning for me to have after work. Easy quick and stress free, rang up about an insignia, travelled down from Manchester gave abit of insight about the car and away we went on a test drive, drove the car away less than an hour later. Brilliant experience with Andy and the team! Went to view two cars and ended up buying one that we saw whilst actually at the dealership. They were extremely patient while I made up my mind (which did take ages to be honest). Ended up with a car that's mega clean in and out and they changed the cambelt for me at a very reasonable price too. Then we had an issue with payment when we went to pick the car up, which again was met with extreme patience and support. Would happily and highly recommend these guys to anyone - great selection of cars at great prices and a great experience for a first time buyer like myself!
